We ship fast and reliably across the EU and worldwide from our base in Germany. All details compliant with German/EU law. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excl. holidays).
  • High-volume periods (launches, sales) may extend to 7 days.

Shipping within EU (Domestic)

  • Carrier: DHL GoGreen (eco-friendly).
  • Rates: Shown at checkout.
  • Delivery: 2-5 business days after processing.
  • Tracking: Full tracking from dispatch.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • We ship globally.
  • EU: 3-7 days.
  • Switzerland/UK: 5-10 days (incl. Zoll processing).
  • Rest of world: 2-5 weeks (customs variable).
  • Tracking: Included worldwide via DHL or partners.

Import Duties, VAT & Customs

  • Buyer's responsibility: Duties, VAT, tariffs set by your country (e.g. CH: 8.1% IVA, code 3926.9097).
  • Outside our control; local carrier/customs contacts you.
  • Not included in free shipping promotions.

Free Shipping

  • Over €80 in EU (standard shipping covered).
  • Germany over 39.98€.
  • Excludes import duties/VAT/customs.

Refused/Undeliverable Shipments

  • Refused due to unpaid fees: No refund; package may be disposed.
  • Contact us for options (reship fee applies).

Lost/Delayed Packages

  • After shipping, carrier responsible.
  • Tracking "delivered" but missing? Check neighbors/mailbox; contact DHL first (5 days grace).
  • We'll assist with claims (insurance included).
