Returns, Exchanges, and Limited Warranty
We want you 100% satisfied with your MINTCASED purchase. That's why we offer a clear policy compliant with German law (§ 355 BGB: 14-day right of withdrawal). All details below.
Returns & Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from product receipt to return if not fully satisfied—no reason needed.
How to return:
- Email us at info@mintcased.com with your order number and reason (optional, your feedback helps!).
- We'll send a prepaid return label (DHL GoGreen) or clear instructions.
- Pack the product in original packaging (case + accessories, unused).
- Return to: MINTCASED, Briachstrasse 2, 88250 Weingarten, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
Refund:
- Full (product only), processed within 14 days of receipt in good condition.
- Exclusions: Original shipping costs non-refundable. Custom products (e.g. logos) non-returnable.
- Method: Original payment method (PayPal, Klarna, card).
Important notes:
- You're responsible until we receive the package (use tracking).
- Products damaged by misuse (drops, modifications) don't qualify.
Exchanges
Wrong model (iPhone 17 Pro vs Pro Max)? We exchange free!
Process:
- Request via mintcased@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Return the product (prepaid label).
- We ship the new one free (DHL standard).
Conditions: Stock availability. Exchanges only between MintCased cases (not to other products). If Mistery Pack is opened, no return is accepted.
Legal Warranty
- Legal warranty (gesetzliche Gewährleistung): 2 years for manufacturing defects (§§ 437 ff. BGB). Repair, replacement, or refund at our choice.
Exclusions: Accidental damage, improper use, loss/theft, or modifications.
Shipping Issues
- Wrong address: You cover reshipment.
- Delays/loss: Contact DHL + us for claim (insurance included).
- Customs/TARIC (imports): You're responsible for extra duties (code 3926.9097).
